So, one of the most important reasons (besides the buzzword stuff), for me, is that I hear my colleagues. Not just WHAT they say, but HOW they say it.
I try to hear how they are doing. And if I have the feeling that something doesn’t fit, I ask discreetly how they are doing, if there’s anything they want to talk about, just anything.
Nobody has to talk to me and I don’t probe – but it’s often something. And in those cases, I can at least listen – and often I also can change something – and the person is helped.
And THAT’S WHY it’s so important to me to be in the Daily.
